I just received 2 sets of nesting dolls. I've purchased several from different people and the ones I got from Nicolai were excellent. The paintings had so much more detail. Extra time was taken to paint the bottom and place felt there. I was also impressed with the care taken in packaging them for shipment. I'll definitely be a repeat customer!

After having seen and purchased lacquer boxes and nesting dolls from a number of different dealers, I am very pleased to have found Nickolai Gurgeiff. This is a bigger, finer selection of these items than I have seen elsewhere, and I've been buying these items for several years. Especially of the unusuall shapes of many of the boxes. I certainly will visit the site again and again.
